Bold, forward thinking and driven! These are just a few words that describe entrepreneur and  Nail Industry Expert Angela Mitchell Hill.  

In business since 1997, Angela Mitchell Hill continues to stand by her mission to educate,  empower and inspire. With the birth of her Business of Beauty journey beginning in Nashville  Tn., Angela creates a unique company culture of providing professional and healthy salon  services with skill, efficiency and care.  

This intentional company culture - The NaSah’s Way also incorporates empowerment of its  employees, building of its communities and positively impacting the world one manicure at a  time. 

Angela’s passion for the nail industry has brought her much success. Owner and operator of  various nail salon concepts in Nashville and other areas in the Southeastern region, Angela  currently operates our nation's 6th Airport Nail Concession located inside of the Nashville  International Airport.  

Since 2003, NaSah’s (pronounced nay-suh) has turned flight delays into spa days for travelers  from all over the world. “We enhance the travel experience for our customers'' explains Angela.  “Services such as vegan mani’s and pedi’s and our signature NaSah’s Foot Facials pamper our  customers while ensuring time efficiency, which is very important in an airport.

In December of 2020, the NaSah’s brand celebrated its 17th year anniversary, expanding to  include 2 service locations at BNA and strategic joint venture partnerships with major airport  retail groups that include 7 other concepts to open by 2023. 

Supporting various nonprofits such as YWCA, Habitat for Humanity, Thistle Farms/Magdalene House and Hydrate the Hood, many lives have been positively impacted by  her efforts.  Angela’s memberships include, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Nashville  Black Chamber of Commerce, Associated Nail Professional. 

NailEd It Empowerment is an educational platform that Angela founded that provides beauty  industry professionals, entrepreneurs and others with tools they need to be successful in  business and in life. The NailEd It Empowerment program is designed to interrupt stagnant  business patterns and identify what is preventing progress of participants.  Strategic Planning is then curated, implemented as a road map to accomplish goals. 

Angela also serves on several local cosmetology school advisory boards and appears as a guest  speaker and lecturer for industry professionals.
